Job Description:

  • Excellent hands-on Core Java/Advanced Java/J2EE development experience
  • Hands-on experience in Software Development process (Requirements Gathering and Use Case Definition Design and Implementation of the software solution)
  • Experienced & understands architectural principles and frameworks (MVC Spring Hibernate Webservices REST APIs are mandatory).
  • Has thorough knowledge of the J2EE Application Platform Configuration & Performance Optimization.
  • Collaborate with architecture teams to ensure alignment of requirements and solutions and to facilitate design sign-off and approvals
  • Experienced on working on AWS Cloud including Dockerized Containers
  • Experienced in Webservices/REST services; AngularJS based applications & REST APIs
  • Experienced in handling performance issues related to multithreading/multiprocessing
  • Experienced on troubleshooting performance issues using various monitoring & analysis tools like VisuvalVM JProfiler Glowroot etc. Good if the candidate has hands-on Dynatrace experience.
  • Provides subject matter expertise in performance monitoring tuning analysis and diagnostics.
  • Evaluates and researches emerging performance tuning methodologies monitoring tools processes and technologies.
  • Develop and promote processes best practices and standards in Performance Engineering
  • Good Experience in Oracle/SQL Server database and SQL
  • Proven industry experience of building large scale systems and with hands-on engineering skills
  • Ability to manage diverse teams of at least 15-20 members and coordinate with developers / testers / architects / BAs and other stakeholders effectively
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies specifically Scrum and running all Scrum events (Daily Standups; Sprint Planning; Sprint Retrospective; etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lead and coordinate with testers / architects and other stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work with peers in planning and coordination of work activities
