Job Description
Responsibilities:Conduct IT asset discovery and ensure accurate inventory and maintain scripts for automation and process and maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).Implement and support IT Service Management (ITSM) IT asset discovery and ensure accurate inventory Skills:Experinece in HAM and IT asset discovery tools and experience in system in system and application -depth knowledge of CMDB track record in application understanding of ITSM frameworks and with IT asset discovery tools and techniques.
