The Position

The Network Enabling Support Team (NEST) Partner serves as a key expert providing comprehensive end-to-end support to self-organized teams across the organization. As a NEST Partner at Roche you will play a crucial role in supporting teams throughout the organization ensuring efficient and compliant delivery of key projects. Your work will simplify processes enable cross-country initiatives and drive customer-focused outcomes that align with Roches mission to improve patients lives.

The Opportunity

  • You will provide comprehensive end-to-end operational support across various teams ensuring efficient and customer-focused service.

  • You will manage approval processes for external and promotional materials as well as contracts and purchase orders using tools like DocuSign and SimpleBuy.

  • You will coordinate the development of materials and manage events including medical symposia and congress participation.

  • You will oversee sponsorships and advisory boards and offer paralegal support when necessary.

  • You will contribute to cross-functional projects at both local and international levels ensuring collaboration and alignment with business goals.

  • You will identify opportunities to streamline processes implement global best practices and support the network in driving outcomes.

  • You will build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders ensuring successful outcomes across regions and teams.

Who You Are

  • You bring 3 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or diagnostics industry with a background in Congresses & Events management business administration or project management.

  • You have excellent organizational skills and thrive in managing complex tasks while maintaining high quality and compliance.

  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office and ideally experienced with MyBuy (Procurement ERP) systems.

  • You are fluent in English and Greek with strong written and verbal communication abilities.

  • You have a proactive solutions-oriented approach and can work independently to drive initiatives forward.
