As a Junior Network Manager you will play a key role in managing agent bank and custodian relationships supporting operational efficiency and contributing to the success of the Treasury function.
Key responsibilities include:
- Establishing and maintaining productive relationships with banks and custodians including escalation of service issues and responding to agent queries.
- Supporting business lines in implementing network management projects new business initiatives and analytical work.
- Assisting in MIS reporting for bank/custodian fees service metrics and fee negotiations.
- Engaging in Treasury software implementation related to network management.
- Managing external bank accounts including documentation account opening/closure mandates and maintaining account databases.
- Coordinating agent bank communications market notifications and updates to stakeholders.
- Assisting with due diligence documentation (KYC/AML FATCA) and monitoring service level agreements.
- Being alert to conduct risk issues and supporting a culture of integrity and compliance.
