Job Description
First Response Group currently have vacancies for Spectator Safety Staff (SIA) to join our event teams. We supply Spectator safety staff to various types of events ranging from Sporting events/concerts in stadia/arenas green field events to corporate events in various locations across the local area listed.
Maintain order by managing crowds and ensuring compliance with event/ground regulations.
Act swiftly and professionally to resolve incidents or emergencies.
Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a visible security/stewarding presence.
Communicate effectively with event staff and your team to ensure seamless operations.

SIA security officers - Applicants must have a valid SIA license.
NVQ 2 Spectator Safety qualification (minimum)
All candidates to be smart in appearance.
Able to communicate effectively.
Have good customer service
Able to work as part of a team.

Reliable
Open to personal development.
Confident in the completion of incident and accident reports
