Your Role

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Account Manager Enterprise Sales (m/w/d) and take charge of developing managing and expanding key industry segments within the German this role youll oversee an existing portfolio of local accounts while driving the acquisition of new business to maximize our bookings. Youll also hold global responsibility for all assigned accounts enabling you to make a significant impact on our growth.

As a Senior Account Manager you will cultivate relationships with enterprise German customers including DAX-listed and large/mid-sized companies while exploring opportunities to expand our business both domestically and internationally. Your proactive hunter mindset will be crucial as you engage with target customers attend industry events workshops and fairs and manage the entire lead-to-contract process.

Your Profile

  • Extensive experience in consultative sales ideally engaging with C-level executives in the IT Services/Telecom sector or a similar international environment
  • Understanding of the Data Center industry with the ability to navigate its complexities
  • Experience at identifying and addressing customer needs and demands ensuring tailored solutions
  • Proficient in financial management including pricing strategies proposals and budget processes
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing contracts; innovative in crafting solutions while safeguarding company interests
  • Proactive and positive mindset
  • Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time to engage with clients
  • Fluent in both German and English
