Position Overview
- Scope and assess contents losses; provide data to estimators for preliminary estimates.
- Communicate scope and value of contents work to adjusters and homeowners.
- Ensure compliance with TPA guidelines SLAs and program requirements.
- Lead team performing inventory packing moving cleaning (including ultrasonics cleaning systems) and storage.
- Use restoration software (Encircle ContentsTrack DASH) for documentation and tracking.
- Oversee contents process and provide improvements when necessary
- Previous experience in contents management restoration moving services or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with homeowners insurance adjusters and internal teams.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Highly organized with attention to detail in scoping inventory and documentation.
- Physically able to lift/move furniture and contents as needed.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
- IICRC Training & Designations a plus (Fire Water Odor Upholstery Restoration)
- Competitive pay (based on experience) Hourly pay: $20.00 to $28.00/hour based on experience and certifications
