Position Summary
The Paint Technician will be responsible for mixing primers and paint preparing surfaces and applying coating to products and touch-ups as needed. Additional responsibilities include sanding masking filler application and post-paint clean up. On the job training is provided.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain order and cleanliness of production work areas ensuring that all supplies materials and tools are returned to their designated locations throughout the day.
- Able to learn to paint and prime our legacy stock line of products clear coat FFT stocks and sponge FFT stocks.
- Priming stocks
- Booth cleanup and maintenance.
- Care and maintenance of paint systems.
- Always work in a safe manner consistent with Christensen Arms policies and procedures. Always correct an unsafe situation or report it to the supervisor. Always wear the required personal protective equipment.
- Maintain a positive attitude and strive to improve / learn new things every day.
- Understand and adhere to all policies and procedures resulting in quality parts.
- Understand and adhere to all environmental health and safety guidelines including all safety policies and posted signs.
- Complete production records work orders and area logs as work is completed.
