At Webfoot We have the systems and training in place to make our teams able to deliver top notch quality. What we need are a couple more Master Painters who have experience leading a crew to successful outcomes in providing our customers with an amazing experience every time. Our Crew Leaders are paid based on their performance allowing you to drive your earnings. And our leadership team is committed to helping you reach your goals.
Crew Leader responsibilities include:
- managing and providing leadership to a production team of 2-5 Painters
- using internal systems to account for all jobsite activities
- focusing on safety especially when working at heights
- conducting Pre-job walks Daily Huddles Daily Planning and Project Closing.
- ensuring crew members are consistently learning and progressing up the skills ladder
- providing exceptional communication to customers throughout the job cycle and making their happiness job one
Were looking for painters who :
- bring at least 4 years of proven professional painting experience and at least 1 year running a crew
- meet our minimum age requirement of at least 18 years old
- demonstrate amazing customer service skills
- are excellent communicators in all situations
- are enthusiastic about continuous learning and development for themselves and their crew
- desire to lead a high-performing team
When you join our team well starting your pay at $29 - $38 per hour and once you are fully trained and assigned a crew youll have a Company nan to drive.
