Scrum Master GDC Hyper Automation Tribe
The GDC Hyper Automation Tribe drives innovation by automating complex processes and delivering scalable high-impact solutions. To support this mission we are looking for a Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery and foster a culture of continuous improvement at our BATS squad.
BATS squad is a dynamic squad within our tribe passionately dedicated to driving innovation and efficiency across our business lines: Cash & Banking Asset Servicing Tax and Reference Data.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and Agile best practices
- Guide the team in delivering automation solutions using tools likePEGA andRobotic Process Automation (RPA)technologies
- Remove blockers and protect the team from distractions
- Coach the team and stakeholders on Agile mindset and self-organization
- Collaborate with the Product Owner on backlog refinement and delivery goals
- Promote transparency continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration
- Coordinate testing integration and deployment activities
- Track team KPIs and support risk resource and quality management
Requirements
- 3 years of Scrum Master experience; certification is a plus
- Strong knowledge of Agile values and principles
- Excellent facilitation communication and problem-solving skills
