Job Description
Our client is seeking a Manager HR Operations and will support the coordination and execution of HR strategy services policies and programs for manufacturing operations in their Western Canadian locations. You will act as a trusted advisor to assigned client groups and work closely with all internal and external stakeholders.

Strong communication and organizational skills combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving and team collaboration are essential for success.
Duties will include but not be limited to;
- Lead mentor and develop a dynamic and high-performing HR team
- Consistent implementation and review of HR policies and programs
- Development of workforce plans while partnering with TA to provide full-cycle recruitment support including strategy development direct sourcing and reporting
- Act as HR representation in weekly program review meetings
- Drive employee engagement via surveys communication of results and developing follow-up action plans aligned with strategic objectives
- Lead execution of core HR programs including performance management compensation cycles succession planning and workforce planning
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field (Masters degree or CPHR designation is an asset). A minimum of5 years in a leadership role within HR operations preferably in a manufacturing environment.
