Job Description

LOOKING FOR STELLAR TOP CANDIDATES

Position: Customer Support Assistant
Working Hours: Full-Time Mon to Fri 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST
Salary: USD 1500 - 1700 (based on experience and the client s final offer)
Search: Philippines South Africa Latin America

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the head of customer experience the customer experience manager and the head technician
  • Follow detailed standard operating procedures (SOPs) to complete a variety of tasks using the companys technical tools and software
  • Be observant of any changes or issues and either resolve them or escalate to the appropriate team member
  • Update SOPs as processes evolve to ensure documentation is current
  • Demonstrate strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to adapt to a dynamic work environment
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional team members

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of administrative or customer service experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working with computers and learning new software/tools
  • Adaptable and able to learn quickly as processes change
  • Based in Bangor Pennsylvania or willing to work remotely
