Position: Customer Support Assistant
Working Hours: Full-Time Mon to Fri 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST
Salary: USD 1500 - 1700 (based on experience and the client s final offer)

Role Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the head of customer experience the customer experience manager and the head technician
- Follow detailed standard operating procedures (SOPs) to complete a variety of tasks using the companys technical tools and software
- Be observant of any changes or issues and either resolve them or escalate to the appropriate team member
- Update SOPs as processes evolve to ensure documentation is current
- Demonstrate strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to adapt to a dynamic work environment
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional team members
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of administrative or customer service experience
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working with computers and learning new software/tools
- Adaptable and able to learn quickly as processes change
- Based in Bangor Pennsylvania or willing to work remotely
