What we are looking for
Were hiring a Marketing Specialist to build and lead our marketing strategy from scratch. Youll work directly with the General Manager to shape our brand drive demand and generate qualified leads across countries such as the U.S. Mexico Puerto Rico and Colombia.
This role blends creative strategy with analytical execution. Youll be responsible for building a scalable lead-generation engine while owning performance tracking and optimization. If youre results-driven analytical and proactive this is your chance to create something from zerowith impact across an entire continent.
Tasks
Your Main Responsibilities
- Develop a $6M USD sales funnel through targeted multi-channel campaigns
- Define and lead our brand image across platformsvisual identity tone and messaging
Collaborate with Sales to increase monthly revenue through high-quality lead generation - Launch monitor and optimize campaigns across email SEO social media and paid media
- Track and improve KPIs like CPL conversion rate MQL-to-SQL ratio and lead velocity
- Build dashboards and reports using tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot
- Analyze funnel performance and suggest data-driven improvements
- Support A/B testing and optimization experiments to increase conversionBenchmark against competitors and identify growth opportunities
Requirements
What Were Looking For
Must-Haves
- Advanced English proficiency (C1) excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 2 years in B2B marketing (preferably in tech energy or industrial sectors)
- Strong skills in digital marketing and campaign execution
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics HubSpot and CRM systems
- Proficient in Excel Google Sheets or data visualization tools
- Highly analytical organized and results-driven
- Comfortable working independently in fast-paced environments
