Position: Marketing Assistant

Salary: $30 - $33 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8-hour shifts

About the Role
A Marketing Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the marketing team with day-to-day operations and campaign execution. This role involves coordinating tasks conducting market research creating content drafts and assisting in maintaining the brands online and offline presence. You will be a key player in helping bring creative visions to life.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns
Conduct research on market trends and competitor activity
Support the creation of promotional materials and digital content
Maintain and update marketing databases and documents
Help organize marketing events trade shows and promotional activities
Coordinate with designers copywriters and third-party vendors
Track campaign performance and prepare reports for internal use
Qualifications
Associates or Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field
1 year of experience in a marketing or administrative support role preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Basic understanding of marketing principles and platforms
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Familiarity with design tools or CRM platforms is a plus
