Job Description
Education and Experience Recommended
- Bachelors degree in business administration human resources computer science or any related field from an appropriately accredited institution
- Five years of experience in a lead functional/technical or similar role focused on HR/Human Capital Management (HCM) providing design configuration testing and deployment of cloud-based solutions; talent management experience a plus
- Demonstrated experience bridging the gap between people management and digital solutions
Knowledge Skills and Abilities Recommended in this Position:
- Deep HCM Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of HR practices compliance regulations and industry best practices
- Deep Organizational Knowledge (preferred but not required): Comprehensive understanding of the states organization management and culture specifically organization roles versus user roles and how organizations interact with user roles
- SaaS Platform Expertise: Proficiency in a specific HCM SaaS platform like Oracle Cloud HCM Workday SAP SuccessFactors etc.
- Technical Skills: Demonstrated experience with solution design and configuration data mapping reporting tools and integration technologies. Thorough knowledge and demonstrated ability to follow the System Development Life Cycle (SLDC)
- Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to facilitate and lead meetings and discussions with end-users business owners and team members
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot system issues and identify solutions
- Facilitation and Collaboration: collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR business owners IT developers and project managers
