Job Title:Shop Helper
Location:Sapulpa OK
Hours:4:30 PM 3:00 AM
Pay:$18.00/hr
Duration:Temp-to-Hire
Position Overview
We are currently hiring a dedicatedShop Helperto support our manufacturing operations in Sapulpa. This is a safety-sensitive role requiring work around overhead cranes forklifts power tools and other industrial equipment. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn work well within a team and demonstrate a commitment to safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist craftsmen with tasks related to their assigned trade.
- Work safely around overhead cranes forklifts trucks automated and power equipment.
- Meet productivity requirements as outlined in company work instructions.
- Ensure quality workmanship in accordance with company standards.
- Follow all established safety procedures and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment by adhering to 5S principles.
- Demonstrate a professional attitude and contribute positively to team efforts.
Skills & Experience
- Basic fabrication shop experience preferred.
- Proficient in the operation of overhead cranes and power tools.
- Ability to read and write basic shop communications.
- Skilled in using a shop tape measure.
- Willingness to learn how to read shop drawings and understand bill of materials.
- Eagerness to acquire new skills and grow within the role.
