Toorak and Corio (Geelong) Campuses
Join our friendly and supporting team of casual retail assistants working in our Uniform shop and Book Room which provide a comprehensive range of products and services to students parents and staff. We are seeking Retail Assistants at both campuses to assist with our peak periods and leave coverage.
Our shops are open weekdays until 4.30pm with no evenings or weekends.
Peak season is November to February (with a break due to School closure 19 December 2025 to 13 January 2026).

About the role
Providing exceptional customer service
Undertaking housekeeping tasks to ensure the shop is presented to the highest standards.
Ensuring sales and returns EFTPOS credit card student and staff transactions are recorded and entered accurately.
Assisting with stocktake.
About you
Previous experience working within customer service or retail roles.
A passion for providing an exceptional customer experience
A positive attitude with the ability to maintain effective working relationships.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sound computer skills in Word Excel and Outlook.
Strong organisational planning and time management skills.
