We are urgently seeking an experienced offshore HR professional to support our Human Resources team in Australia. This role will provide critical administrative and coordination support across various HR functions and the full employee lifecycle.
What You ll Do
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Job posting (Seek LinkedIn etc.).
- Resume screening and interview scheduling.
- Employment contracts offer documentation and reference checks.
- Onboarding coordination buddy program and 3-month check-ins.
- Managing the HR Career inbox and ATS platforms.
HR Systems & Data
- Document updates (contracts PDs policies).
- HR tools calculators intranet and shared drive maintenance.
- HRIS administration (e.g. Employment Hero ELMO).
- Reporting and data accuracy.
Employee Experience & Engagement
- Supporting engagement wellbeing and internal culture initiatives.
- Recognition programs event coordination and HR comms.
Governance & Compliance
- Maintaining HR templates documentation and frameworks.
- Tracking exit data redundancy support and offboarding.

- Experienced in supporting HR operations remotely.
