Job Description

  1. Create and execute detailed marketing plans to showcase the resort s amenities including lodging dining events and guest experiences.
  2. Maintain a strong and cohesive brand identity across all platforms including digital media print materials and social channels.
  3. Oversee the resort s online presence including website updates search engine optimization (SEO) paid ads and social media interactions.
  4. Cultivate relationships with media outlets influencers and key partners to boost exposure and strengthen the resort s reputation.
  5. Design initiatives to enhance guest interaction foster loyalty through tailored programs and deliver personalized experiences.
  6. Evaluate industry trends competitor activities and guest feedback to optimize marketing strategies.
  7. Lead promotional efforts for resort-hosted events seasonal deals and exclusive packages.
  8. Monitor marketing expenditures to ensure cost efficiency while maximising return on investment (ROI).
  9. Partner with sales operations and hospitality teams to align marketing efforts with broader business objectives.
  10. Develop pricing strategies and special offers to increase bookings and revenue growth.
  11. Create and oversee programs that incentivize repeat visits and strengthen brand advocacy.
  12. Engage with travel influencers and affiliate networks to broaden the resort s audience reach.
  13. Manage PR responses during unforeseen events to protect the resort s reputation.
  14. Promote environmentally friendly practices and community involvement efforts.
  15. Ensure the resort s website is intuitive mobile-friendly and equipped with a seamless booking system.
  16. Leverage data insights to refine marketing tactics and enhance campaign results.
  17. Secure sponsorships and collaborations to increase visibility and attract new guests.
  18. Develop targeted strategies to appeal to diverse regional and demographic markets.
  19. Assist other departments as needed to support overall operations along with handling multiple tasks efficiently.





Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing Hospitality Business or related field.
  • More than 5 years of marketing experience in hospitality tourism or luxury resorts.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing (SEO PPC social media email marketing).
  • Excellent communication creativity and project management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics Meta Insights).
  • Ability to multitask work under deadlines and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
