We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Intern for Talent Coordination to support our recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring seamless operations from maintaining our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to facilitating effective candidate engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update the ATS with new job requirements and share them with the sourcing team.
- Post job openings on relevant job boards and platforms.
- Upload and maintain an up-to-date database of new candidates in the ATS.
- Call shortlisted candidates to verify their skills experience and job compatibility while updating relevant details in the ATS.
- Manage the referral process including soliciting referrals and handling bonus requests.
- Continuously seek opportunities to optimize and enhance recruitment process.
