Job Description
- You develop a future-oriented operations strategy together with the client and translate strategic challenges into concrete improvement initiatives.
- You analyze core processes operating models and the broader ecosystem to identify into smart tailored solutions for banks.
- You design and implement intelligent data-driven and technology-driven solutions such as automation and AI to sustainably improve performance.
- You present insights and recommendations clearly and convincingly and facilitate work sessions and interviews.
- You organize internal meetings and projects and support broader initiatives to further develop the team.
Qualifications :
You are by nature solution-oriented with a proactive attitude and you communicate ideas effectively that are problem-solving. But more importantly you bring your own qualities perspective on the world and personality with you. Furthermore as a Junior Consultant you have:
- A Masters degree with good academic results;
- Engaged in extracurricular activities or gained relevant educational experiences within a student study or sports association;
- An interest in consultancy and the banking sector demonstrated through your studies internships and/or work experience;
- Affinity with and/or interest in topics such as process optimization cost transformations innovative technologies (such as AI and automation) and operational transformations;
- Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages both spoken and written.
