Il Commis di Sala il supporto essenziale per il buon funzionamento della sala. In questo ruolo avrai lopportunit di apprendere e crescere nel campo del servizio di alta qualit affiancando lo Chef de Rang e assicurando che ogni dettaglio sia perfetto.

Responsabilit principali:

• Preparazione e cura della mise en place
• Assistenza durante il servizio e supporto al team di sala
• Attenzione e cura delle richieste dei clienti
• Mantenimento dellordine e della pulizia della sala

The Junior waiter is the essential support for the good operation  of the dining room. In this role you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in the field of high-quality service supporting the Chef de Rang and ensuring that every detail is perfect.

Main responsibilities:

• Preparation and care of the mise en place
• Assistance during service and support to the dining room team
• Attention and care for customer requests
• Maintaining the order and cleanliness of the dining room

Qualifications :

• Passione per la ristorazione e desiderio di apprendere
• Preferibile esperienza minima nel ruolo di commis di sala
• Spirito di squadra proattivit e disponibilit
• Attenzione ai dettagli e capacit di adattarsi a ritmi di lavoro intensi

• Passion for hospitality and desire to learn
• Minimum experience in the role of commis di sala is preferable
• Team spirit proactivity and availability
• Attention to detail and ability to adapt to intense work rhythms
