Job Description

WHAT YOULL DO

As a Loss Prevention Lead you play a key role in protecting our business and supporting safe environments for our teams and customers. You drive our regional Loss Prevention strategy increase awareness around risks and strengthen our ability to act on fraud and shrinkage across Region Central Europe.

You will:

  • Coordinate and implement a consistent Loss Prevention strategy in line with company goals ensuring that shrinkage and risk KPIs are met.
  • Raise awareness around Loss Prevention across all functions and support a strong LP culture throughout the organization.
  • Stay informed about the evolving fraud landscape and ensure that tools processes and safeguards are used effectively to protect our operations.
  • Act as key point of contact for business initiatives ensuring that security and loss prevention requirements are considered and met.
  • Use data and analysis to identify trends improve routines and guide decision-making in collaboration with stakeholders.
     

WHO YOULL WORK WITH

You will be part of the regional Security team collaborating with colleagues across Store Operations Sales Expansion HR and Business Tech to strengthen our approach to loss prevention.

Youll work closely with LP Analysts Super Users and store teams to raise awareness drive compliance and ensure alignment on routines and priorities.

Reporting to the Regional Head of Security youll also connect with global counterparts and play an active role in sharing best practices and driving key initiatives across markets.
 

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for people with

  • Experience in security safety or store operations ideally with knowledge of POS routines audits or fraud investigations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into insights
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal); other languages are a plus
  • Comfortable using tools like Office 365 Power BI or SharePoint to support reporting and analysis
  • An independent structured way of working and the ability to prioritize under pressure

This is a full-time position starting as soon as possible. The role is a hybrid role based in Berlin or Hamburg with the expectation of working from our office for three days per week.
