As Global Store Stylist Lead you will take holistic responsibility to create exceptional inspiration and guidance by owning the styling identity and strategy for customer group will be responsible to deliver aspirational assortment curation in Windows GTLS and mood boards and ensure seamless storytelling and commercial & inspiring product steer support and collaborate with Global Retail VM team and Regions to follow-up styling level & global window implementation with regional variation.
Key responsibilities:
Elevate customer experience by giving input on the product activation & curation plan. Translate the plan into windows & styling strategy
Develop team knowledge on windows styling and fashion scene through trainings internal meetings and by giving input on tools and guidelines to support learning and development within the wider VM community
Responsible to create styling options in line with presentation methods and VM principles set by Global Retail VM team
Select products and combination of products that together creates an aspirational commercial and attractive styling. Considering the total selection in terms of product types prices fashion levels prints colours materials etc.
Know your product offer: retail situation fashion level and competitorsand act with urgency on selling opportunities provided by Global Merchandise Manager
Coach develop and support Regional Stylistsand also inspire motivate and lead Store Stylist colleagues.
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for people with
Experience from various stylist roles both from Area and Stores with developing both business and people through teamwork and informal or formal leadership principles
Experience with providing Region Sales Market or Area Teams with trainings ideas and solutions to improve window and styling level in physical stores
Experience in working with Microsoft 365 (PPT Excel SharePoint Teams) and Photoshop
Knowledge about visual best practices routines and how the physical store operatesand also understand competitor landscape
Fluent in English both writing and speaking.

Excellent stylists and have commercial knowledge and standardssuch as driven self-propelled and who takes own initiatives
Analytical and have the ability to make informed decisionsthrough analysing data
Highly collaboratively with excellent communication and presentation skills
Solution oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and leadership skills.
