- Assist in document verification related to Human Rights and Sustainability including the language skills support.
- Engage business partners with IKEA requirements internally and externally.

Qualifications :
- Fluent in English and Ukrainian (written and spoken)
- Holds a work permit for Poland.
- Background in International Human Rights Law or similar is a plus.
- Strong organization and problem-solving skills.
- Enjoy networking and building relationships.
- Motivated by continuous learning and improvement.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and possessing a driving license (Cat. B) is an advantage
