Were seeking a skilled and experienced Manager Case Management Support to join our team in Sydney. Reporting to the National Manager Case Management Support this role is ideal for an Employee Relations specialist or Employment Lawyer with a strong background in case management.
In this pivotal role youll provide expert advice coaching and support to leaders on a range of people management matters including misconduct investigations performance management grievances disciplinary processes fitness for work and whistleblower matters.
Youll thrive in a fast-paced environment bring a structured and analytical approach and be a confident influencer who builds trusted relationships across key stakeholders including legal safety and medical teams. Occasional interstate travel is required.
