PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The team member must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25pounds. Must be able to regularly lift pull push and or/move up to 25 pounds. Must be able to bend stoop stand walk kneel crouch crawl climb stairs for up to eight (8) hours. Must be capable of hearing within what is considered to be a normal range. While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to stand talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include capable of distant vision color vision peripheral vision depth vision and perception close vision distance vision color vision and ability to adjust focus.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions short correspondence and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers clients and other team members of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers common fractions and decimals.
REASONING ABILITIES
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to define problems collect data establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The majority of the work involved in this position will be conducted from an office or other field office. The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those a team member encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
The noise level in the work environment is usually high and extremely fast paced
