Job Description
What youre responsible for:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Supervisor to oversee our accounting processes financial analysis and reporting. The ideal candidate will combine technical accounting expertise with leadership skills to manage a team ensure compliance with regulations and drive financial efficiency across the organization.
- Preparing reviewing and analyzing financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards (e.g. GAAP IFRS).
- Supervising monthly quarterly and annual closing processes including reconciliations and journal entries.
- Conducting financial analysis to identify trends variances and opportunities for improvement.
- Providing actionable insights to support strategic business decisions.
- Supervising mentoring and developing a team of accounting professionals.
- Coordinating with external auditors during annual audits and address any audit findings.
Qualifications :
To join our team:
- You have a bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field (CPA or CMA certification preferred).
- You have 5 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- You are proficiency in accounting software (e.g. SAP Oracle or QuickBooks) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- You have proven ability to lead and inspire a team.
- You have strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- You are commited to accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.
