Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated and passionate Service Manager to join our Katanning team in WA. 

This onsite opportunity will see the successful candidate leading and motivating a team across multiple sites to achieve KPIs and to create a culture of inclusion.

No matter what your background is we are looking for people with:

  • Strong leadership or customer service background
  • Highly energetic driven and has initiative to work autonomously and build strategies that work.
  • Ability to learn guidelines in a highly supportive environment.
  • Proven team management skills
  • Ability to create a strong value driven culture from a leader
  • Ensure team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are consistently met and exceeded

Qualifications :

Attributes and Experience: 

Alongside strong skills in leadership you will also possess the following attributes:

  • Demonstrated experience in managing teams and/or multiple sites
  • Ability to recruit staff train staff and team performance management.
  • Outstanding organisational and time management abilities.
  • Interpersonal skills as well as strong written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to use computer programs in an office environment.
  • Hold and maintain a current Australian Drivers License and vehicle
