Under the guidance and supervision of the Food & Beverage Manager you will manage and develop the hotel F&B outlets to the highest of standards whilst optimising guest satisfaction through consistent high operating procedures and development of team members.
- Assist in managing the daily operations of our food and beverage outlets ensuring that all guests receive outstanding service.
- Handle promptly and courteously all guest comments questions complaints requests and inquiries while taking the necessary action steps and ensuring a follow-through.
- Create and maintain a personal and respectful rapport with regular guests.
- Assist in organizing regular team member training while also helping in creating development and performance management plans.
- Assist in driving promotional and marketing activities
- Assist in managing budgets and financial goals including revenue management Payroll & Team schedule management alongside food and beverage cost of sales.
- Foster a positive work environment by motivating and leading team members to deliver their best.
- Maintain high team morale and retention rate.
- Maintain positive and productive working relationships with colleagues in other departments
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
- Additional certification(s) in Food & Beverage will be an advantage
- Good communication skills
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
- With a positive attitude and a team player
