Job Description

- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanour aiding with valet parking and luggage upon arrival and departure.
- Be familiar with the hotel facilities and services to assist with guest queries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the lobby and porte-cochre areas including clearing debris and arranging seating.
- Provide information and recommendations on local attractions restaurants and activities to enhance the guest experience.
- Assist guests with transportation arrangements including booking taxis limousines and airport transfers.
Qualifications :
What you will bring to the role:
- Passion and pride for the brand and for luxury hospitality service
- Able to connect with guests and provide a personalised hospitality service
- General knowledge and understanding of hotel front office and concierge procedures is highly regarded
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to your work
- Flexibility to work a variety of shift times including evenings weekends and holidays as needed.
- Able to engage in manual handling following safe lifting procedures for luggage and bags
- Hold a valid full Australian drivers license.
