Position: Executive Secretary
Location: Chennai
Roles & Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Manage and organize calendar including scheduling meetings appointments and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence reports presentations and other documents as assigned
- Screen calls enquiries and requests and deal with them appropriately.
- Facilitate communication with other stakeholders including customers Senior Management and Board members.
Office Management
- Oversee and ensure necessary upkeep of office.
- Implement and maintain office procedures and systems for effective recordkeeping and document management.
Team Management
- Ensure and foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
Events Coordination
- Coordinate for executing special projects and events including meetings and conferences for Confidentiality and Compliance
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies procedures and relevant regulations.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor s degree with 10 years of experience - excellent communication and ability to work with CXO level stakeholders.
