About the Role
As a Czech-Speaking Client Relations Specialist youll be essential to our commitment to delivering excellent customer service. Youll be the main point of contact for our Czech-speaking clients handling their questions resolving issues and guiding them through various services related to a prominent consumer product. Your contribution is vital for ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining the excellent reputation of our partner brand.
This role is entirely based at our modern offices in Sofia which promotes close teamwork and a lively work environment.
Your Main Responsibilities
Your duties will be varied all centered around providing outstanding client service:
1. Client Engagement & Communication:
- Provide professional courteous and efficient support to Czech-speaking clients via channels like phone email and potentially chat depending on project needs.
- Handle a wide range of client questions including product information service details troubleshooting help order status and general account management for a major consumer brand.
- Actively listen to client concerns ask clarifying questions to fully understand their needs and offer clear concise and effective solutions.
- Ensure proactive follow-up on client cases when needed guaranteeing full issue resolution and client satisfaction.
2. Issue Resolution & Product Expertise:
- Identify and resolve client problems with an empathetic solution-focused approach using your growing knowledge of the product and related services.
- Efficiently escalate complex or technical issues to specialized internal teams making sure the client stays informed throughout the resolution process.
- Effectively use our internal systems and CRM tools to accurately log all client interactions and important information.
- Stay continuously updated on new product releases updates promotions and company policies to give clients accurate and current information.
3. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:
- Work effectively with team members supervisors and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and a consistent client experience.
- Actively participate in training sessions and team meetings to improve your skills expand your knowledge and stay current with industry best practices.
- Contribute to improving our client service processes by identifying recurring issues sharing insights and suggesting possible solutions or enhancements.
- Help create and update useful client resources such as FAQs and knowledge base articles.

- Proficient in English (at least B2 level). A solid working knowledge of English is needed for internal communication training and using our systems.
