Job Description
Osmoflo is seeking an experienced and motivated Site Supervisor to take charge of onsite construction and installation activities across major industrial mining and water treatment projects. Description
What your day may look like:
- Leading site-based construction tasks from planning to commissioning
- Managing subcontractors site teams and resource allocation
- Overseeing construction quality safety scheduling and cost performance
- Acting as the on-site client liaison ensuring high levels of satisfaction
- Contributing to project close-out and continuous improvement initiatives
- Driving a culture of zero harm safety compliance and construction excellence
- Supervise multidisciplinary site works (civil mechanical electrical)
- Jumping on the tools as required with some fly in fly out site attendance
Essential Position Requirements:
- 7 years experience in industrial/mining/commercial construction
- Water treatment or infrastructure project experience
- Experience supervising projects worth $5M
- Strong technical skills in construction supervision
- Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to manage cost tracking scheduling and contractor performance
- Familiarity with multidisciplinary environments (pipework electrical instrumentation)
- Qualification in Mechanical Civil or Project Engineering (or equivalent experience)
