Job Description

Stoke is building the worlds most efficient fully and rapidly reusable rocket designed to fly daily that will radically increase access to space and open up the space economy to safeguard our precious home Earth.

Description
Reusable systems are the key to seamlessly connecting Earth and space. As an Inventory & Logistics Technician at our Kent facility you will be responsible for performing various tasks that help us move more efficiently and test faster and safer. You will manage test stand inventory perform shipping and receiving tasks and help with various administrative and technician tasks across the site. You must be ready to stay focused move fast self-direct and learn on the fly.
Responsibilities
  • Set up new inventory locations by assembling racks labelling bins maintaining stock
  • Perform regular stock audits to maintain accurate inventory quantities
  • Work closely with engineers to keep inventory organized and ensure critical items are on hand
  • Work with vendors to place orders to keep inventory stocked
  • Prepare shipments and receive deliveries
  • Perform administrative tasks on site
  • Support Test Engineers and technicians with whatever tasks required to test quicker safer and more efficiently
  • Safely operate forklift
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent certificate
  • 2 years of experience in warehouse or inventory role
  • 2 years of operating a forklift
  • Proficient with safely operating a variety of hand and power tools
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Able to use their own car to pick up items around Moses Lake when necessary (mileage will be reimbursed)
  • Willing to work outdoors for long periods of time
  • Able to stoop bend crawl and lift up to 40 lbs. unassisted
  • Rigorous attention to detail

Compensation

Target Levels:

  • Level 1: $25.00 - $36.68 / HR
  • Level 2: 30.58 - $45.87 / HR

Your actual level and base salary will be decided based on your specific experience and skill level.

To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen lawful permanent resident of the U.S. protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
