Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles machines or equipment
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes filter replacements and system checks
Repair or replace malfunctioning components including engines transmissions brakes and suspension systems
Conduct inspections to identify worn-out or damaged parts
Interpret technical manuals wiring diagrams and manufacturer specifications
Maintain accurate service and repair records
Operate diagnostic tools and specialized equipment
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies
Provide feedback to supervisors regarding recurring faults or potential upgrades
Assist with inventory of parts and request necessary supplies when needed
Requirements:
Education: OND / HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field
Experience: Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience as a Mechanic/Technician
Strong understanding of mechanical electrical and hydraulic systems
Ability to read technical diagrams and follow diagnostic procedures
Proficiency in using mechanical and electronic diagnostic tools
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Attention to detail and strong safety awareness
