About the role
Join the passionate team delivering world-class experiences at Penfolds Magill Estate working as part of our operating partner Saar6. As a Tasting Bar Attendant youll create memorable moments for every guest by sharing our rich history telling the Penfolds story and delivering exceptional hospitality. Whether its a casual tasting or a hosted group experience your focus will be on service excellence product knowledge and creating brand advocates.
- Deliver engaging informative and premium tasting experiences
- Host groups according to daily itineraries and service standards
- Maximise retail sales by upselling and personalising recommendations
- Support the smooth operation of the cellar door and visitor experiences
- Assist with on-site and off-site events as part of our promotional calendar
- Actively promote and enrol eligible guests into our loyalty program via clubs working toward annual acquisition targets
About you
Youre a natural host who thrives on connecting with people and delivering outstanding customer service. With a passion for wine hospitality and storytelling you know how to make every visit feel special.
- Experience in cellar door retail or hospitality environments
- Confident communicator and team player with a service-first mindset
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating memorable experiences
- RSA required; wine knowledge or WSET Level 12 highly regarded
- Available to work weekends and public holidays
