Summary
Are you a hospitality professional looking for a fresh challenge Kings Meadows Hotel is seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage Supervisor with Gaming experience to assist our management team in operational duties as we are nearing busy tourist season. Your day to day:
- Take ownership of day-to-day bar and gaming operations with a hands-on approach.
- Train and develop your team. Ensuring all staff are briefed on bar and gaming activities.
- Ensure accurate processing of dockets including cashiering duties.
- Setup and reset the bar and bistro including function activities as required.
- Support the management of our accommodation facilities ensuring guests have a comfortable and memorable stay.
What we need from you:
- Previous experience in a similar role with knowledge of gaming and bar operations.
- Have a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) certification.
- Be a team player bringing energy and enthusiasm to every shift.
- Welcome and inclusive character with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
- Keno Writer and/or Senior Keno Writer would be advantageous.
