Enabling scalable and secure cloud solutions to drive organizational success. Optimizing cloud infrastructure for seamless performance and cost-efficiency. Within this realm of cutting-edge technology youll play a pivotal role in deploying sustaining diagnosing overseeing and enhancing our systems.
What would you do
- Lead and manage a team of DevOps engineers setting goals fostering collaboration and ensuring a productive work environment.
- Design implement and maintain scalable and secure cloud infrastructure while optimizing resource utilization and cost-efficiency.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines automation and infrastructure as code (IaC) to streamline software delivery and enhance development operations.
- Enforce security best practices monitor for threats and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Develop and execute a strategic plan for cloud-based DevOps initiatives that align with the organizations goals while continuously seeking improvements and cost optimization
Required Skills
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure GCP) and deep knowledge of cloud services architecture and best practices.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines automation tools (e.g. Jenkins Terraform) and scripting languages for efficient software delivery.
- Ability to enforce security best practices and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Effective leadership skills to manage and guide a team of DevOps engineers fostering collaboration and achieving team goals.
- Capability to develop and execute strategic plans for cloud-based DevOps initiatives aligning them with organizational objectives and seeking continuous improvement.
Academic Qualification:
- Engineering/ equivalent technical qualification from a reputed college/ university
- Good understanding of current technology trends along with ultra-scalable systems
- Proficient in effectively communicating with internal stakeholders across various domains including technology and business.
