Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with experience in California State or Governmentfor a Hybrid role preferably in Sacramento overseeing complex enterprise-level IT initiatives. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience aligning IT systems with business processes managing technical teams and contributing to the full software development lifecycle particularly with Oracle-based solutions. This individual will play a key leadership role in guiding technical strategy system integration and team execution.
Requirements:
* Eight (8) years of experience aligning IT systems with organizational business processes.
* Five (5) years of this experience must be in a lead role.
Team Leadership
* Four (4) years of experience leading technical teams of four or more members.
Technical Experience
* Six (6) years of progressively complex experience and intermediate-level skills in system analysis design programming and testing.
Oracle Database
* Five (5) years of experience working with Oracle databases including database design development using SQL and PL/SQL and performance tuning of queries.
Data Synchronization
* Three (3) years of experience developing data synchronization solutions on Oracle platforms including ETL processes and tools and a strong understanding of data modeling.
Education
* Bachelors degree in an IT-related or Engineering field from a recognized college or university.
* A Masters or Doctorate in an IT-related or Engineering field
