Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead for a Hybrid role (some on-site work required) with our Sacramento based client overseeing complex enterprise-level IT initiatives. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience aligning IT systems with business processes managing technical teams and contributing to the full software development lifecycle particularly with Oracle-based solutions. This individual will play a key leadership role in guiding technical strategy system integration and team execution.
Requirements:
Eight (8) years of experience aligning IT systems with organizational business processes.
Five (5) years of this experience must be in a lead role.
Team Leadership
Four (4) years of experience leading technical teams of four or more members.
Technical Experience
Six (6) years of progressively complex experience and intermediate-level skills in system analysis design programming and testing.
Oracle Database
Five (5) years of experience working with Oracle databases including database design development using SQL and PL/SQL and performance tuning of queries.
Data Synchronization
Three (3) years of experience developing data synchronization solutions on Oracle platforms including ETL processes and tools and a strong understanding of data modeling.
Education
Bachelors degree in an IT-related or Engineering field from a recognized college or university.
Preferred
A Masters or Doctorate in an IT-related or Engineering field is preferred but not required.
