What Youll Be Doing
- Respond to customer questions via phone chat and email
- Use your knowledge of automotive and digital products to help solve customer issues
- Record all customer interactions clearly in the system (CRM)
- Work together with your team to improve the customer experience
- Stay up to date on products services and promotions
- Create a warm and positive interaction every time!
You are
- A great communicator with excellent written & spoken skills German and English
- Interested in the automotive and tech world
- Problem-solver with attention to detail
- Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools
- Customer-focused positive and a real team player
