About the Role
As a Technical Parts specialist focus on spare parts of the forklift you will be committed to forklift spare parts improvement. You will be in charge of stock checking and parts review to ensure the correctness and accuracy of the parts stock coordinate with the HQ R&D and Parts team to have a quality control on the parts manual releasing to the market.

Your key responsibilities will be:
- Analyze the sales history of the spare parts and generate a smart replenishment plan to the factory in China (right quantity right time right place)
- Do the parts stock check and return check in the warehouse.
- Follow up with suppliers on quality issues
- Analyzing warranty part claims / improvements
- Coordinate parts identification when unknown at inbound with warehouse
- Improve the parts master database for replacement parts main parts smaller parts as part of a larger part
- Coordinate with R&D department to update and review parts manual and uploading in web portal.
- Giving purchasing support to the purchasing team with the replacement confirmations and other related issues
- Coordinate with the aftersales team and the sales admin team to solve the parts issues and fulfill the satisfaction of the customer
Your profile:
- MBO/HBO degree in related field like Electrical Engineering or forklift industry.
- More than 2years of relevant work experience in spare parts sales or production. Experience in the forklift industry is preferred.
- Experienced in resolving and following up on quality issues of spare parts etc.
- Good communication skills organizational and coordination abilities and teamwork skills.
- Fluently technical English language spoken and written Chinese language skills are considered a plus
- Systems skills: MS Office logistics process project management
- A full driving license (Class B) is essential.
