As part of our growing India operations we are looking for a dynamic US HR Executive to join our Noida team and support our US HR operations.
Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented US HR Executive to support end-to-end HR operations for our US staffing business. This role requires working closely with candidates consultants and internal teams to handle onboarding documentation compliance and HR coordination activities for the US region.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS/ATS system.

Assist with HR queries from consultants working on client projects in the US.

Generate reports related to onboarding compliance and HR metrics.
Desired Candidate Profile:

1-3 years of experience in US HR / US IT Staffing HR Operations / Fresher

Experience handling onboarding & documentation for US candidates.

Strong communication skills (spoken & written English).

Ability to work independently in the night shift.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
