Data Engineer (Salesforce & GTM Systems)
Location: Remote (Philippines-based)
Schedule: Must have at least 4 hours of daily overlap with U.S. business hours
We re a boutique web development agency looking for a Data Engineer with advanced Salesforce experience to power our internal go-to-market (GTM) operations. This role blends responsibilities typically found in both Salesforce Admin and ETL Developer roles with a clear focus on data integrity lead ops and CRM optimization.
You ll take ownership of Salesforce data processes and ensure smooth integrations across multiple GTM platforms. If you re someone who loves clean scalable systems and enjoys working behind the scenes to empower sales and marketing teams we want to meet you.
Ingest lead data into Salesforce from APIs web forms CSVs and third-party sources
Standardize validate and map data to the correct Salesforce fields
Identify and eliminate duplicates using fuzzy matching or tools like DemandTools
Implement and optimize lead source and UTM attribution for enhanced reporting
Manage relationships across key Salesforce objects (Leads Contacts Accounts Opportunities)
Troubleshoot and resolve data sync issues (e.g. Zapier custom webhooks)
Analyze Salesforce architecture and recommend improvements for scalability
Propose tools workflows and automations to improve GTM system performance and reporting
Have experience supporting outbound SDR and AE teams using Salesforce
Are confident managing ETL workflows for lead ingestion and normalization
Have handled large datasets 1M records) and understand the performance impact on CRMs
Understand the full lifecycle of a lead and can debug attribution or conversion issues
Can confidently work with UTM data and help build attribution models (first/last touch multi-touch)
Are highly detail-oriented and quick to spot inconsistencies or data issues
Communicate well in English both in writing and in conversation
Thrive in a fast-paced remote-first performance-oriented culture
Have a background in GTM systems (Sales Marketing Ops or RevOps)
Salesforce certifications (e.g. Administrator Platform Developer I)
Experience with BI tools like Looker or Tableau
Familiarity with modern GTM platforms: HubSpot Outreach ZoomInfo Clearbit Apollo Chili Piper LinkedIn Ads Zapier Unify
Background in startup or agency environments
Fully remote position
