Tasks
Role Summary:
Were looking for a full-time Zoho AI Integration Specialist to set up manage and optimize our Zoho suite and AI tools across CRM inventory customer support and finance systems. This is a strategic role that will streamline our digital operations and help us scale efficiently across sourcing sales and support.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end setup of Zoho Suite including:
Zoho CRM
Zoho Books
Zoho Inventory
Zoho Analytics
Zoho SalesIQ (Zobot)
Zoho Desk
Zoho Creator (for custom apps)
AI Integration:
Implement Zia (Zohos AI) for sales support and forecasting
Integrate chatbot on website & WhatsApp using Zobot
Connect Zoho Analytics for predictive insights
Suggest and deploy additional AI tools for productivity and automation
Team Support & Training:
Train Bali-based staff on using Zoho features
Create simple workflows user manuals and training guides
Serve as first-line tech support for Zoho-related issues
System Monitoring & Optimization:
Ensure integrations (e.g. Shopify WhatsApp payment gateways) work smoothly
Clean and optimize CRM and inventory data
Suggest improvements for automation workflows and efficiency
Requirements
Skills & Experience Required:
Proven experience managing the Zoho ecosystem (3 modules minimum)
Familiarity with Zoho Creator and Zoho Analytics is a strong plus
Hands-on experience with AI tools CRM automation or chatbots
Solid understanding of B2B or B2C commerce workflows
Experience integrating with e-commerce platforms like Shopify is a bonus
Excellent written and spoken English
Self-starter with the ability to work remotely and independently
