Job Description
- 3-5 years of experience as a business-facing analyst.
- Expertise in business process modeling (BPMN EPC HPM etc.) and modeling tools.
- Demonstrated expertise in business process management.
- Experience with large ERP solutions such as Dynamics 365 Oracle EBS.
- Experience with large CRM solutions such as .
- Experience with BI solutions such as Cognos.
- Experience supporting a global organization.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in documenting business requirements.
- Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to self-manage and collaborate across teams.
Additional Qualifications:
- Six Sigma Certification: Green Belt or above
- Project Management Certification: PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 certification.
- Agile experience: Certified Scrum master
- Experience with Data Analysis Tools: Proficiency in tools like SQL Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with Process Improvement Methodologies: Lean Kaizen or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Industry-Specific Experience: Experience in specific industries such as finance healthcare or manufacturing.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong skills in managing and communicating with stakeholders at various levels
Location: Noida Office. (onsite) 5 days
Shift Timings 9 AM to 6 PM IST
