Job Description
Lumino Ponsonby is looking for a Practice Manager to join our close-knit team!
Our practice is made up of experienced clinicians and support staff all working together to provide the highest quality patient care.
We are located smack in the middle of Ponsonby where we treat a broad range of clients. This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same. Therefore we require an experienced Practice manager ideally with experience working within the dental or healthcare industry.
The hours for this role :
- Monday to Friday : 8:00am to 5:00pm
Qualifications :
To step into this opportunity we are looking for the following skills and experience:
- Demonstrated experience as a Team Leader or Manager (Practice Management in dental or medical would be ideal but is not essential)
- Confident leadership skills with the ability to give and receive feedback
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both our people and our clients
- The ability to work well under pressure to multi-task and be flexible
- An understanding of the financial aspects of a business and knowledge of budgets sales targets utilisation and profit & loss statements
- Confidence with and the aptitude to learn new technology
