Your Role & Mission
As a hands-on leader youll be on the ground stepping into ratio when needed mentoring teams and setting the gold standard for excellence. Your impact will be felt through:

Who Are We Looking For
Were on the hunt for a passionate driven leader ready to make waves in OSHC!
2 years of experience working with children
Multi-site leadership experience in OSHC
Diploma or higher in a relevant field
Current certifications (Working With Children First Aid incl. CPR Asthma & Anaphylaxis)
Food Handling/Safety certification (preferred)
Valid drivers license & permanent Australian work rights
