As a Project Lead you are responsible for;
Secure plan and lead minor refurbishment capital and rectification projects across portfolio.
Manage budgets and present regular business updates
Optimize planning and follow up processes and drive improvement initiatives.
Run projects in line with H&M routines and secure financial transparency for all projects.
Maintain clear and effective communication between internal and external stakeholders.
Support tenders evaluate bids and select contractors.
Follow up and manage projects to secure deadlines costs & quality standards.
Secure that the works completed and actioned in line with local standards & H&M/portfolio brand design specifications.
Ensure compliance with project documentation time schedule quality reporting project close out and handover.
WHO YOULL WORK WITH
The Project Lead role will report to the Construction and Facilities manager within the Expansion team. The role will work closely with internal and external stakeholders external contractors and consultants to deliver projects on time.

We are looking for people with
Previous experience in retail and/or capital project management (preferred)
Proven stakeholder supplier and contract management
Experience in managing external suppliers and follow-up on contractual obligations.
Solid knowledge of building compliance and the ability to identify risks and opportunities in a retail environment
Experience in creating negotiating and monitoring supplier contracts
Diploma degree in Construction Management Business Administration or Engineering is favourable
Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
Proficient in Outlook Excel PowerPoint and MS Teams
