We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Guest Relations Manager to join our team in Baghdad Iraq. As the face of our property and the brand ambassador you will play a crucial role in curating exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction in one of the worlds most historic cities.
- Manage and enhance VIP guest interactions focusing on long-stay high-spend and loyalty guests
- Drive customer loyalty through personalized service and proactive engagement
- Coordinate and assist with special requests ensuring smooth experiences for VIPs and guests celebrating special occasions
- Maintain an exceptional response rate to guest reviews on all platforms addressing concerns promptly and effectively
- Lead improvement initiatives based on guest feedback collaborating with various departments to elevate service standards
- Ensure all guests are welcomed and recognized in line with our brand standards
- Organize and participate in VIP networking functions showcasing the best of our hospitality
- Empower and motivate team members fostering a positive work environment aligned with our company values
- Serve as a cultural bridge helping international guests navigate local customs and etiquette
- Continuously seek innovative ways to enhance the guest experience in our unique setting
Qualifications :
- 2-3 years of experience in a hotel environment preferably in a managerial capacity or similar role
- Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus
- Excellent personal presentation and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems
- Demonstrated ability to manage complaints and provide effective solutions
- Strategic thinker with a passion for hospitality and creating positive guest experiences
- Cultural sensitivity and awareness with knowledge of local customs and etiquette
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced multicultural environment
